Sharon Tredinnick (nee Frith)- Occupational Therapist

Sharon graduated as an Occupational Therapist (OT) from Newcastle University in 1994. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience, working predominately in the community, in aged care, with younger people with disabilities and rehabilitation.

Sharon has extensive experience working with people with neurological conditions including Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease and Motor Neurone Disease; physical disabilities; progressive illnesses; orthopaedic injuries; amputations; pressure injuries and age related illnesses. Sharon has presented nationally on pressure injury management. Sharon has a high level of knowledge and skills in home assessment and equipment prescription.

Sharon is passionate about providing a high quality occupational therapy service to individuals, listening to and understanding their needs and helping them to achieve their goals.

Sharon is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a current member of Occupational Therapy Australia. Sharon is registered as a provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and is a registered Medicare provider.
